This adapter is designed to connect modern diagnostic scanners with an OBD2 connector to TESLA cars (2019, 2020, 2021 Model 3 and Model Y). The OBD2 port allows you to read CANBUS data that is not available on the main screen: battery temperature, engine temperature, cell voltage, etc.
