The tire can rotate 360 degrees for inspection, repair or buffing, and the floor mounted controls lift and spread the tire. On the EF-Heavy Duty, the spread arms slide into the outer beads. The EF-Heavy Duty can consistently handle the largest of truck tires and to add to its heavy duty signature, some aircraft tires as well.
